CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION policy, Everyone’s time is valuable. As a courtesy, please notify me as soon as you know you can not make your scheduled appointment and I’d be happy to rebook that for you. You must do so a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If it is less than 48 hours you will be charged 50% of your service total. NO CALL NO SHOW policy, If you was to no call no show you will be charged for the full service fee for the appointment that you booked. You will not be able to rebook unless this fee is payed. I know a lot of things come and some things we simply can’t handle. Please feel free to message me about the circumstances and I’m sure we can figure something out! All deposits are non-refundable Thank you for your understanding.
